We had a major plumbing leak in our home, and Nick from Plumr 24 responded immediately. He quickly assessed the issue and began the leak detection and repair process. What started as a plumbing repair turned into a full home remodel — and we could not be happier with the results. They cut our slab and completely replaced all of our old cast-iron plumbing with updated materials, solving the biggest issue we’d had since moving into our home. Nick managed the entire project from start to finish, including coordinating high-quality subcontractors for electrical, cabinetry, tile, and more. It was truly a full-service experience. Minimum charge was $475. They had to replace a 4-5 inches long plastic pipe, for which I was charged an additional $175, Total hours on site no more than 1 1/2 hours.

I contacted Rapid-Rooter after reading reviews that echoed my own experience. My well water pump was not working, leaving me without any water. Despite it being a Saturday, they were able to send someone out the same day. Jim was fantastic - he patiently explained what was going on and what needed to be done. It took a couple of visits, but his communication and service were top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again or recommend them to others. I'm so grateful to have found such a reliable company when I needed help the most 🙏. A+++++++
