I would give 10 stars if I could! Shoutout to Moses for incredible customer service, it is so hard to find honest and reliable service providers these days. It was such a pleasant surprise to find a company that goes above and beyond in every aspect. Moses was extremely thorough and took 2 trips to Home Depot and even FaceTimed another employee who wasn’t even on the clock at the time in order to diagnose our problem correctly. Another company had tried to sell us a whole new unit earlier in the day when it turns out it was just an electrical issue, thanks to Moses we were able to save money and only fix what truly needed to be done when most companies would take the short cut and try to upsell. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks in the future! Thanks again!

Moses and his partner did an amazing job with my water heater replacement. I got a next day appointment and they completed a high quality job. They were friendly and professional. I’m so glad I discovered better call Steve the plumber.

After speaking with several plumbing companies, we chose Steve The Plumber and we are glad we did. We had to replace aging iron sewer pipes, and from the get-go we were impressed with the level of knowledge of the plumber assigned to our project. The project went very smoothly, and communication with their office is excellent (which seems like a rarity in today’s business environment). We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

We have had a number of different plumbing jobs performed by Moises and Dan of Better Call Steve The Plumber. We have been so impressed with their rapid response to our needs with most appointments the next day. The work quality is excellent, and the cost is very reasonable and varied from one job to the next depending on job complexity. They have installed a water leak detection system, replaced a toilet, located a leak, repaired and replaced shower heads, and faucets. We will definitely call them again!

Moses was great, courteous, professional, and on time. He explained everything in detail and clearly has a lot of experience, because he was able to detect the leak very quickly. He did have to open a hole in my ceiling, but he was extremely careful and did his best to avoid any unnecessary damage. Great service at a fair price, and very honest. Highly recommend!
