Mel Zahler· 4 months agoNew installation - excellent experience. My AC died on a 90+ degree Saturday. Two hours after I called, Anthony came to my house and diagnosed the issues with my AC. Needed a completely new system. Since compressor location difficult to access, new unit hoisted in by crane. Snyder price for Carrier AC was fair, reasonable and all inclusive. As promised install team arrived 9:30 Monday morning and quickly went to work. Removed old Rheem AC and replaced contaminated line set which caused 3 compressors to burn out in less than 4 years. Installers were very professional and worked well together as an efficient team. New Carrier AC much quieter. I’m very pleased to recommend Snyder AC.
Kiara· 2 months agoI am a store manager having some air issues and this company provided a free NEXT DAY diagnostic visit and the tech Justin was wonderful! So incredibly detailed and explained everything perfectly (I even went up on the roof with him) so he could show me the state of the units and what he recommended for service. Great experience!
Joseph Sarubbi· 4 months agoProfessional, experienced, and wonderfully courteous! My AC system stopped working and needed service. After reading other reviews, and knowing Palm Air serviced a number of homes in my neighborhood, I decided to try them. WOW...was I pleasantly impressed. As it turned out, I needed a whole new AC System and from start to finish the crews could not have been any more professional or friendly. They kept me completely informed through the entire process, and the quality of the work was top-notch. When it comes to customer service, Palm Air certainly raised the bar.
ELAINE MATSUDA· 4 months agoInform me of the current limited warranty and suggested it would cost additional after the warranty ends in 3 months. Also noted that the current a/c did not conform with the established code. Explain what is going to take place and gave me the upfront cost.
Josh· 3 months agoMy AC was serviced my Michael Chenoy. I can’t be more happy. Called and in a few hours he came to my home in a few hours and was able to fix my issue. Even saved me some money and was able to check on my warranty coverage. Excellent service couldn’t recommend more.
