Lenny did a great job being on time and the phone operator was very accomodating in getting me an appointment ASAP given that my A/C was starting to malfunction. They did this also at no extra cost! the phone operator explained their yearly product which really saves you a lot of money on the services bundled. the fact they offer plumbing and electrical is huge because it's so hard to find a trusted services company so if you can find one that does all 3 it's a blessing. For a relatively low annual rate you get free inspections and discounts towards maintenance. you really get the money back in 1-2 inspection visits. The A/C operator Lenny was extremely caring and careful about going into the house (and not disturbing kids and dog). Chris was very knowledgeable and flexible with my electric setup. He's been doing this for 20 years and it shows. He was very accomodating in helping with the electric work on my house in a way that didn't feel like he was pushing services on me. My Tesla was showing me warnings of my charger overheating and he came in diagnosed the issue and offered a simple solution that did not cost me an arm and a leg. Easily other companies have offered to fix the issue but they wanted to replace everything which would have cost me thousands of dollars but Chris was very honest about what could be fixed without having to replace everything. I really appreciated this and shows that this technician and probably the overall company has very good integrity in offering their services. From my initial call to the office, Joe was extremely helpful with scheduling my emergency appointment for my AC repair. He put me at ease immediately. He was able to schedule an appointment right away. I had plenty of notice when the tech was on his way and on time. Lenny called me when he was arriving within his window. When Lenny arrived he immediately diagnosed the issue with my unit, and had it up and running in no time at all. He explained the entire process with confidence and put me at ease. I’m so happy I found this company and have referred them already to family members. This is a family owned business and I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received. My new go to AC team. I had a great experience with Luis Blanco. He was very thorough in his work, taking the time to carefully inspect everything and make sure the job was done right. He was also extremely respectful and professional throughout the entire visit, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he did a wonderful job and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I highly recommend Luis to anyone needing AC service!

Install a new thermostat and inspect the HVAC system. The technician has set all the right levels and even offered a couple of maintenance tips to make things more efficient. Since the visit, our home has experienced a much more even cooling regime. Professional service all around.
