I cannot say enough great things about American Air Conditioning of Boca! Fred, the owner, has built an amazing team that truly cares about their customers and the quality of their work. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. They kept me updated before arriving and let me know their estimated time of arrival. The team showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. What really stood out was how respectful they were of my home. They protected my floors, cleaned up everything when they were finished, and left my home just as they found it. They handled the entire process with professionalism, kindness, and even a smile. After the installation, they followed up to make sure everything was working properly and that my house was nice and cold. That extra step showed how much they truly care about their custom

American Air services my parents' AC unit. Fred, the owner, and his apprentice, Lance, responded immediately to a late day call, and have provided exemplary service in repairing the air conditioning. I was astounded that the owner showed up at their home at 7 p.m. to address the issue. I have no skin in the game, just a very impressed client. Thank you, gentlemen.
