I can’t say enough great things about Productive Plumbing! I tried to fix my shower myself and ended up making the problem even worse. Before sending someone out, Robin and Lionel went above and beyond by patiently trying to help me fix it over the phone. They genuinely wanted to save me a service call if possible, but unfortunately, I was in over my head. They sent Raul to my house, and he was absolutely fantastic! From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and had a smile on his face the entire time. His positive attitude was contagious, and he quickly figured out what needed to be done. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and had my shower working perfectly in no time. It’s rare to find a company with such outstanding customer service from start to finish. Robin, Lionel, and Raul all exceeded my expectations, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. If you

So many plumbers to choose from -- but who is the best and most reliable to work with? If you want a job done correctly, call Productive Plumbing. This is a company that is a cut above. Robin and her entire team are phenomenal. I've called upon them a number of times and they never disappoint. Manny is one of their top notch plumbers. He's had to correct what other company plumbers did in the past - they took short cuts. Manny doesn't. And I appreciate his clean up afterwards and I know the job is done right when Manny or any of the Productive Plumbers do the job. I can't say enough about this company who has integrity in their workmanship and fairness in pricing. Robin at Productive Plumbing is my "go to". Thank you!

We had a leak in our guest bathroom in the wall tha caused our water meter to run continuously. Productive Plumbing advised us what to do until they got here, which was the same day. They found the leak and capped it, returned two days la5and ran new pipes with minimal disruption and with pre precision and efficiency. They cleaned up and left the work areas spotless. Their team are very knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything as they progressed. I have no hesitation in recommending Productive Plumbing.

Great experience with this company. We rent and had a mishap with our toilet, and Invitation Homes subbed the work out to Productive Plumbing. I don’t know the cost of the replacement, but they at least have to be competitive because Invitation Homes is notoriously cheap when it comes to paying for anything that needs to be fixed in their overpriced rentals. Robyn kept me informed the whole way through, the tech arrived on time (the very next morning after the work order was approved), and was in and out for a full replacement in less than 45 minutes. The work is clean and I no longer have to share a toilet with my wife and 10-year-old. Would highly recommend looking into this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Productive Plumbing Installed two new toilets and a flange for me. very professional, scheduled for next day, arrived within the scheduled window, service completed quickly and clean. Price was reasonable compared to other companies. I was ripped off by John the Plumber once for a similar job.
