From my very first contact with Mr. Water Heater, the experience was excellent. Nicole was incredibly helpful with the initial quote and scheduling. She sent Mark to look at the setup, evaluate the scope, and explain the job. When it came time for the installation, Mark csme back and was fantastic. He was very quick and thorough while installing my new hybrid water heater, adding new valve, expansion tank, and testing everything afterward to ensure it worked! Highly recommend this team for their seamless communication and professional service from start to finish

First off, Jose was very thorough in installing my new water heater, including re-plumbing all the old lines, adding new valves and an expansion tank, and testing everything when done to make sure everything works perfectly, and indeed it does! Thank you, Jose! :) Secondly, I’d like to thank Nicole at Mr.Water Heater (the voice behind the business) for all her help in guiding me through the process, proving me a great quote, and setting up the whole thing! Thanks Nicole, you’re the best!
