Another great job by Erica's! And special appreciation for Vinny and Angelina, the plumbing techs on my job yesterday. Prompt, clean, courteous, and obviously great at their job. This was a kitchen plumbing job, and I love to see the techs taking the time to double check that everything is perfect. I'm always 100% confident when Erica's doe a job, no worries ever. 5 Stars!

Nick did an excellent job installing our new water heater. He was incredibly reliable, arrived on time and followed through on everything he promised. He was also very responsive, answering all of our questions quickly and clearly throughout the process. Most importantly, his knowledge and expertise really stood out. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure the installation was done properly. I highly recommend Nick and the entire company as they have handled several repairs for us in the past, and we’ve never had an issue! Nick and the entire company were efficient, trustworthy, and great to work with!

Our experience with Erica's Plumbing was extremely disappointing. After performing plumbing work at our home, significant damage was left to our property. We immediately notified the company and requested that the matter be addressed. To their credit, the owner arranged for a manager to inspect our home. The inspection took place, and we fully cooperated, expecting the company to review the damage and provide a resolution. Unfortunately, that is where the communication stopped. Despite multiple follow-up emails over the following months requesting the inspection results, an update, or simply their position regarding the damages, we never received the written response we were promised. We even agreed to accommodate their inspection schedule and made every effort to resolve the matter directly and professionally without involving insurance or legal action. Fast Friendly Service...but I had a Water Heater Installed at my home last Friday Pros: • Office Staff (GiGi) was very friendly and efficient • Installation was scheduled next day • Installation team was punctual and friendly Cons: • The guys borrowed by step ladder without asking • The guys borrowed my Meguirs car wash pail to stand on without asking • The guys used the Water Heater pan that I purchased instead of theirs without asking • The new Bradford White Water Heater leans about .9 degrees (1” over 5ft). The guys said my floor was tilted, but it’s not. They offered no reasoning or explanation. • The Water Heater has a very bad scrape on the bottom element cover. The guys offered no solution. • The Re-circulation pump piping is not level and support feet don’t touch the floor

Rick showed up at the house and was very friendly and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. My faucet was broken, and I thought I was going to need a new one. Rick was patient, took his time to figure out the problem, and was able to fix it without replacing the faucet. He saved me both time and money! Rick is terrific, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and honesty. I also think it’s an excellent idea that your company sends customers the name and photo of the plumber who will be arriving. It’s a great safety feature and provides peace of mind before someone comes to your home.
