Complete rip off company that use be good that now is NOT. Extremely problematic now! Company rebuilt tolite for $463.00 and I discovered tank wiggle around. Called for warranty just fix what they Messed up. Nothing more! Company took it upon themselves to remove tolite trying to make me pay for many different things when it wasn’t authorized trying to charge. Also $928.97 for a new toilet that cost $160.00 plus $150.00 more The drama story went on as I gave the opportunity for owner to make it right. Extremely high pressure sales on older handicap customers. It was just easier to say bye and I think about doing work as they started if they have come My review is based upon my first chain experience and other things that went wrong with this company in current past. I would not recommend! See movie and company response.

We had an issue with one of our toilets and called Cape Plumbing. They sent out Braden Winchester, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Braden arrived promptly, addressed the immediate issue quickly, and then took the time to further investigate the cause to help prevent it from happening again in the future. He provided detailed explanations, practical remedies, and very fair pricing. What stood out most was Braden’s professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure the issue was fully resolved the right way. Cape Plumbing will be returning to complete the repair, and based on our experience so far, I highly recommend Braden Winchester and Cape Plumbing to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality plumbing service.

Came the same day, calling with time of arrival. Worked on my water heater, answered all questions and cleaned the area before leaving. Very polite. I highly recommend Thomas of Cape Plumbing.

Excellent customer service. From my first phone call into Mark the owner to set an appointment, as well as a very thorough and helpful inspection and service by Andy and Ron of an outdoor kitchen conversion. Highly recommend to neighbors in Davie. Will definitely use again.

This was my 3rd time using Cape Plumbing and they have been excellent each time. Had a different service tech on each call and all techs were A++ They arrive on time, usually same day service, all are polite, good communication, trucks are stocked with wide range of tools and supplies, and they seem a cut above the average plumber because they are sufficiently skilled to diagnose and successfully perform some fairly challenging jobs. I plan to keep them as my "go to" plumbing company for any future needs.
