Krista Turno· 4 months agoWe had such a fantastic lunch at this Spanish restaurant! The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed—and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We started with drinks, enjoying a refreshing sangria and a tinto de verano, both perfectly made and so enjoyable. For food, we shared a variety of tapas, each one full of authentic flavor and beautifully prepared. The highlight of the meal was definitely the paella—rich, perfectly cooked, and packed with incredible taste. To finish, we had espresso and the Basque cheesecake, which was the perfect ending. The cheesecake was creamy with just the right balance of sweetness—absolutely unforgettable. What truly elevated our experience was our server, Nico. He was amazing—friendly, attentive, and made excellent recommendations that really enhanced our meal. His service made us feel welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend
Talya Lerman· 4 months agoHave been looking for decent tapas in South Florida. Let me tell you this place DELIVERS on that! My friend and I had delish wine, the bread and empanadas were flaky, crisp, and VERY tasty. Def recommend and will be back!
Leonardo Arango· 6 months agoI had a craving for paella and found La Terraza, so I decided to give it a try. Overall it was a good experience. The green peas clearly weren’t frozen. They had the color and texture of fresh peas. The seafood also tasted fresh. One detail I noticed was the chicken. The chunks seemed to come from smaller birds, not oversized chickens. You could tell by the taste and texture. I also liked that they served dark meat, which is the most flavorful part of the chicken and something many places skip. The paella itself was good, though not the best I have had. What really stood out was the service. Santiago, my server, was extremely polite and attentive. He genuinely seemed interested in making sure I had a good experience, and I appreciated that. Good and fresh ingredients, solid paella, and excellent service. PS: Please get some pepper grinders.
Jesus Perez· 6 months agoIt was a wonderful first-time experience to taste a few tapas. The entire staff was fantastic, starting with the hostess, Ashley (our server) was really great, and even the bartender who stopped by our table — a very nice and friendly gesture. You can actually sense a welcoming, home-like atmosphere as soon as you enter La Terraza. The food was truly incredible, and I even had the chance to speak with the chef, who is from Galicia. I feel this where the best chefs are in Spain (I am not the only one who says this hehe). They also have a great selection of wine and beer. We will definitely be coming back guys. The Octopus, Las Habas Blancas.... Madre mia!
Yulya Fast· 6 months agoIt’s a very rarely when I put 3*. I wanted to enjoy my sangria. We ordered pitcher of red sangria because it is a Spanish restaurant and we wanted to celebrate international women’s day. I couldn’t drink it . It was so far from real Spanish style plus I’m sorry to write it but from cheap wine . I couldn’t drink it. They had option some drink with vermouth but I didn’t want to risk it. And instead of Maine courses we got croquet de jamon (that was only one good thing in restaurant) and fried calamari. I got a beer Estrella that was good. Calamari was like rubber (because it was old). It is so difficult to make calamari bad. Sorry but I’m not coming back .
