Do not use this company. I placed an order Dec 4 and never received the product. They immediately charged my account for the product and I never received it. When I tried tracking it says website not working. They will not refund my money. They do not respond to my emails requesting a refund. I have called them twice and it is past the 5 day review for the refund. They take your money and do not send the product. There are other companies that sell the same products and I recommend using another company.

DO NOT BUY from Vitacost. I ordered tea and it was delivered to the wrong address (I have proof that FedEx delivered it to the wrong house by their own picture) When I called Vitacost they said they would issue a full refund since I never received the product. They refunded me 15.71 but charged me 24.79! I called again and the woman argued with me and then hung up on me!! Terrible experience. I will never buy from them again. I have to challenge the charge on my credit card. They have the worst customer service ever!

I placed an overnight delivery, they took my money and decided to cancel my delivery! I then reordered the next day and the same excact thing happened!! This place is obviously run by incompetent children who can not even box an order and send it out! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!! I still haven't received my money! Takes 2 seconds to take it tho!?? Seriously save yourself the drama!! It was expensive for me! Don't make it expensive for you!!!❤️

I've frequently ordered from Vitacost for years. Only twice have I dealt with customer service. When my order arrived today, I discovered an item was not what I ordered. It was in a powder supplement form and not in capsule form. I called Vitacost and the Rep that took my call barely spoke English and was disinterested in my issue and abrupt as she could be. She told me she would need permission from someone to credit my account and I would have to pay to return the product. The item I ordered would not be sent as a replacement and I would need to order the right item again without the discount I received for the wrong item. And, only by spending $50 worth of other items that I don't need, would I receive free shipping after reordering the product again. So, I asked to speak to a manager. She refused. Finally, I insisted to speak to a manager. She kept me on hold for 15 minutes before I
