L C· 2 months agoI am extremely disappointed with the way Office Depot has handled my business card order issue. In June, I ordered double-sided business cards through the Fontana, CA location. The order was incorrect, and since then I have made multiple attempts to resolve this simple issue by phone, email, text, and in person. Instead of receiving assistance, I have been referred back and forth between the store and customer service with no follow-up, no accountability, and no resolution. As a small business owner, my professional materials are important. I expected a company of this size to stand behind its service and help correct an error. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of frustration and a lack of customer care. I am asking Office Depot corporate leadership to review this matter and help resolve it. Customers should not have to spend weeks trying to get a simple printing mistake corre
Gerally Abarro· 6 months agoI had an emergency and needed help. Shannon, office manager at the National City, CA store, (3430 Highland Ave National City, CA 91950 United States) helped me when the other store, Ross next to Office Depot, wouldn’t. Ross Store decided not to show understanding and kindness towards me. I had spent thousands in that store, Ross for years and have been a long time customer. They would not understand that I just needed quick help to get my phone working again because it died and I had my cord to get it working again. I just needed to get it turned on so I can use the Lyft App to get myself home. I understand there are rules however each situation needs to be analyze and sometimes there should be an exception to the rule. I have a lot of medical issues including that I’m diabetic which Shannon was not aware of. She offered kindness while others did not at the Ross Store. I asked to talk
Holly Young· 6 months agoCongratulations Mr. Gunckel, your shareholders must be pleased to see that Office Depot has officially joined Dunder Mifflin in the graveyard of outdated, non-tech-savvy office product suppliers. Yesterday, while checking out at Store 112, I was enthusiastically encouraged to purchase a “Business Select” membership for $49, which was described as “practically paying for itself.” I agreed to this purchase, assuming the $49 would be added to my current transaction and my account would be updated accordingly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Before ringing up my items, the clerk had to leave her station and escort me to the “Tech” table in the store to start the membership purchase process. First, she needed to write down all my information, despite the fact that I already have an account with you. After attempting to input my details into a computer several times, the Assistant Manage
Teresa Branch· 9 months agoI am writing this about the Office Depot/Office Max located on Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami, FL. I cannot recall the young lady’s name but I do know she is a college student who graduated with her AA the same time she graduated from high school at (SAS) School for Advanced Studies and is attending college in Orlando, FL the University of Central Florida. It all started with a greeting from her then finding out they didn’t have the exact toner I needed for my hp laser printer. (210A) cyan. The young lady helped me order the toner inside the store to be delivered to my home. I received an email with an expected date, to no avail. When I called I was told it was delivered. I never received the package and I asked my neighbor did he receive it and he said no. I called and spoke to the manager, Mrs. Patricia Mortimer who showed a lot of care and concern about my product and she called an
Glenn Hull· 9 months agoReceived a "ready for pickup" email, went to pick up item. Surprise, not ready, was told it would be 24 hours per corporate policy. This is nowhere on the website. The senior store person (in a hoodie) came out and was rude and unhelpful (walked away from me). Not a word of apology for the misinformation, horrible customer service. When I asked who his supervisor was, he stated "I don't know". Called customer service line was on hold for over half an hour to get a response. I will never order from this company again. How they are still in business I can't fathom.
