We found Rich Bova of NetOne Technologies during a time of crisis. We had just paid our former I.T. company to replace our server, firewall, backup interface and other additional systems. The upgrade project failed and access to our files was cumbersome. We are located across the state from his office, but he came to us, spent several days in hotels, brought in his nearby support team and spent the necessary time to correct other people’s mistakes with the new equipment we paid someone else for. That was over seven (7) years ago. Since then we have grown, upgraded many systems with his guidance, interfaced with our other locations, etc. Rich’s ability to stay ahead of trends, security training, backup systems, etc. has been impressive to say the least. One of my largest clients has been using this company for many years. Today, I finally took a minute to make this review - to let everyone know that NetOne is wonderful to work with. All of the techs have outstanding skills and terrific customer service. We rely on them for prompt service and they deliver. We are thankful for them.

Since 2012 we have been working with NetOne Technologies and they are always great to work with. They are very professional, they provide great IT service and are very reliable . NetOne Technologies handles all of our IT needs including our wireless network, network security, server backups and all of our office technology. We recommended them 100%

Netone is responsive and extremely competent Company! We have been with them for almost 7 years and they have taken care of everything from new computers to building our firewall to cloning our system in case of a total server loss. They have also made sure our office was secure before during and after the Hurricanes. I would highly recommend them to anyone at any level.
