Mindcore Technologies

As a team at Specialized Fire, working with Mindcore Technologies has genuinely made a difference in how we operate day to day. Before partnering with them, IT issues and security concerns were something we constantly had to think about in the background. Since bringing them on, that stress is basically gone. Their team is responsive, easy to talk to, and most importantly, actually solves problems instead of just reacting to them. They’ve strengthened our cybersecurity, stabilized our network, and helped us modernize systems in a way that didn’t disrupt our workflow. What stood out most is that they didn’t treat us like just another client. They took time to understand how our business runs in the fire protection industry and shaped their support around that reality. When something comes up, we’re not stuck waiting or chasing updates. They’re on it quickly, and you can tell they take

If you’re looking for the best Managed IT company, look no further than MindCore Technologies. We partnered with MindCore in 2023. They have installed and manage; work stations, phone systems, cloud systems for communications, files, data warehouse, analytics, etc. Security of systems is outstanding, as is reliability. Their Tech Support is 10+ as well. When we have a question or need, they pick up and get it done! Thank you Team MindCore! You have exceeded our expectations in every way.

Jamir Romero resolved our technical issues with ease and even went above and beyond by checking in the following business day to see if all was well. I greatly appreciate his kindness and speedy resolution. Thank you so much.
