Don’t, just don’t. I signed up to try regrowing my hair naturally with their EXT treatment and I regret it with all my life. They said it would help, it did very little improvement, if any, because my hair follicles are dying and not getting any blood flow, which they noticed and told me about at the first consultation, but still recommended I try. EXT is basically just an overglorified minoxidil treatment in my opinion. You can get the same results by applying 1ml of minoxidil consistently, every single day for a year. I looked it up and you can get a year’s supply of Kirkland minoxidil 5% liquid (not foam) for $150. EXT is $5K. Hairclub has other services for hair extensions/wigs that seem revolutionary (though I haven’t tried them) if regrowing your hair naturally is not working out, but their EXT treatment is not worth it. I really regret signing up for hairclub. I signed up for their EXT treatment which is a year long and it’s what they recommend to regrow hair naturally using minoxidil, hair vitamins, scalp massage, shampoo/conditioner, and in-office procedures once a month with red light therapy and hair mask treatment. I’m 6 months in and not getting the results I want. At the first consult, they had told me that some of my hair follicles seem like they’re not thriving or producing any hair, possibly even dying, but said the treatment can help revitilize them. I’m 6 months in and my hair is greasy, I’m still experiencing hair fall, and I’m seeing very little,if any, results in my main problem areas. They have a policy of stopping at 6 months instead of continuing a full year if the results are unsatisfactory. I give my consultation 5 starts. My rep was very nice and informative. I even got to speak with the Dr’s assistant. I chose to go with the Dr at Bosley and I will definitely leave a review after the procedure.

So, I was in Boca for a week on vacation and wanted to get a consultation. I called the Boca office number and made the appointment weeks in advance. I'm a guy, so, I ignored the reminder emails until the morning of my appointment. For some reason unknown to me, my appointment was made for the Doral location, an HOUR away. So, I finally got there, met with a nice Gen Z girl. She said there were no doctors to evaluate me and that she only gives me prices, which, were absurd. An absolute waste of time!

Although my hair results were great, my trust in this company is 0 - specifically the office at 500 N. Rainbow, Las Vegas. During the initial consultation NOTHING was said about the need to return each year and pay another $2,000 for a replacement hair piece. I only learned about this during the time my stylist was working on my hair. Yes, $3500 is cheaper than surgery at Bosley, but NOT if you figure I should live at least 25 years that's $50,000 future required payment to keep the same look. BEWARE the sales consultant who does not tell you about the TRUE long term costs of getting a hair piece that does not involve surgery.
